PARLIAMENTARY PRESIDING OFFICERS AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 163, 1992 - SECT 7

Presiding Officer to be deemed to continue to be Presiding Officer after dissolution or expiry of House

7. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting ", or the House of Representatives expires" after "is
dissolved";
(b) by inserting "or expiry" after "dissolution".
