QUARANTINE AMENDMENT ACT 1981 No. 54, 1981 - SECT 10

Cleansing, &c., of vessels

10. Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended -

(a) by inserting "or Cocos Islands vessel" after "Australian vessel"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end thereof the following sub-section:



"(2) For the purposes of this section, the Cocos Islands shall be deemed to
form part of the Commonwealth.".
