QUARANTINE AMENDMENT ACT 1981 No. 54, 1981 - SECT 28

28. Section 55A of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (2) (a) and substituting the following
        paragraphs:



"(a) imported animals and plants, whether subject to quarantine or otherwise;



"(aa) other imported goods, whether subject to quarantine or otherwise; and";
and

(b) by inserting in sub-paragraph (2) (b) (ii) "or a Cocos Islands vessel"
after "Australian vessel".
