RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 No. 174, 1992 - SECT 110

Conditions relating to interference by broadcasters
110. The conditions that may be specified in an apparatus licence under
paragraph 109(1)(f) include, for example:

   (a)  a condition requiring the licensee to place advertisements, in a
        specified way, asking members of the public to contact the licensee if
        they believe that operation of a transmitter to which the licence
        relates is causing interference to other radiocommunications; and

   (b)  a condition that, if operation of the transmitter is causing
        interference to other radiocommunications, the licensee must (at the
        licensee's own expense) adjust, or fit devices to, receivers in order
        to eliminate or minimise the interference.
