RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 No. 174, 1992 - SECT 117

Licensees must keep records of authorisations 
117. A licensee of an apparatus licence who authorises a person under
section 114 must:

   (a)  cause a copy of the authorisation to be kept in Australia; and

   (b)  retain the copy for at least one year after the authorisation ceases
        to be in force. Penalty: $2,000.
