RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 No. 174, 1992 - SECT 13

Crown to be bound 
13.(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act binds the Crown in all its
capacities.

(2) Nothing in this Act renders the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an
offence.
