RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 No. 174, 1992 - SECT 175
Supply for modification etc.
175. A person does not contravene section 160 by supplying a non-standard
device for the purposes of modifying or altering it so that it would comply
with all standards applicable to it at the time of the alteration or
modification.
