RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 No. 174, 1992 - SECT 177

177.(1) In proceedings for an offence against section 157 or 158, the burden
of proving any of the matters referred to in section 172 lies on the
defendant.

(2) In proceedings for an offence against section 158 or 160, the burden of
proving the absence of any of the matters referred to in section 173, 174, 175
or 176 lies on the prosecution.
