RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 No. 174, 1992 - SECT 188
Imputed knowledge
188. For the purposes of establishing a contravention of section 186 or 187,
if, having regard to:
(a) a person's abilities, experience, qualifications and other attributes;
and
(b) all the circumstances surrounding the alleged contravention; the
person ought reasonably to have known that he or she was subject to
the requirement in question, the person is taken to have known that he
or she was subject to the requirement.
