RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 No. 174, 1992 - SECT 216

Offences relating to settlement of interference disputes
216. It is an offence for a person to:

   (a)  refuse to employ another person; or

   (b)  dismiss or threaten to dismiss another person from his or her
        employment; or

   (c)  prejudice, or threaten to prejudice another person in his or her
        employment; or

   (d)  intimidate or coerce or impose any pecuniary or other penalty on,
        another person; because that other person:

   (e)  has made, or proposes to make, a complaint of the kind referred to a
        conciliator under section 205; or

   (f)  has given, or proposes to give, information or documents to a third
        person exercising any power or performing any function under this
        Part; or

   (g)  has attended, or proposes to attend, a conference held under section 
        210.  Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months.
