RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 No. 174, 1992 - SECT 236
Minister may notify the SMA of general policies of Commonwealth Government
236.(1) The Minister may notify the SMA, in writing, of general policies of
the Commonwealth Government that are to apply in relation to the SMA.
(2) The SMA must ensure that the policies are carried out.
(3) The SMA must include in its annual report for a financial year copies of
any notifications under subsection (1) received by the SMA during that year.
