RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 No. 174, 1992 - SECT 245

Term of appointment 
245.(1) The Spectrum Manager is to be appointed for the period, not exceeding
5 years, specified in the instrument of appointment.

(2) The Spectrum Manager is eligible for re-appointment.
