RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 No. 174, 1992 - SECT 268

268.(1) The SMA may cause an identity card to be issued to an inspector, other
than a member of a police force, in a form approved by the SMA by written
instrument.

(2) A person who ceases to be an inspector must, as soon as is practicable,
return his or her identity card to the SMA.

(3) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, contravene subsection (2).
Penalty: $500.
