RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 No. 174, 1992 - SECT 304

Applications etc. in electronic form

304.(1) The SMA may:

   (a)  receive an application under this Act from a person in an electronic
        form; and

   (b)  give a person an instrument under this Act in an electronic form; if
        it is practicable and convenient, for both the SMA and the person, for
        the SMA to do so.

(2) This section does not enable the SMA to require applications to be made in
an electronic form.
