RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 No. 174, 1992 - SECT 34

34.(1) The SMA may, at any time, revoke or vary a spectrum plan or frequency
band plan.

(2) Section 33 applies to such a revocation or variation as if references in
that section to the draft of a plan were references to the proposal for such a
revocation or variation.

(3) In the case of a variation, the plan as varied must comply with any
requirements under section 30 or 32, as the case requires.
