RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 No. 174, 1992 - SECT 55

55.(1) The licensee may, on or before the day specified in the notice, make
representations to the SMA about the proposed spectrum licence.

(2) The SMA:

   (a)  must give due consideration to any representations so made; and

   (b)  may, having considered the representations, alter the draft spectrum
        licence.
