RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 No. 174, 1992 - SECT 65
Duration of spectrum licences
65.(1) A spectrum licence comes into force on the day on which it is issued or
on such later day as is specified in the licence for the purpose.
(2) Subject to Division 3, a spectrum licence remains in force for the period
specified in the licence.
(3) The licence may specify any period up to 10 years.
