RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 No. 174, 1992 - SECT 75
Suspending spectrum licences
75.(1) The SMA may, by written notice given to the licensee, suspend the
spectrum licence. Note: Suspensions of spectrum licences are reviewable under
Part 5.6.
(2) The notice must give the reasons for suspending the licence.
(3) The SMA may, at any time, by written notice given to the licensee, revoke
the suspension of the licence.
