RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 No. 174, 1992 - SECT 89

89.(1) The SMA may resume a spectrum licence, or a part of a spectrum licence,
under an agreement entered into with the licensee.

(2) Without limiting the matters that may be included in the agreement, if a
part of the licence is to be resumed, the agreement must specify variations to
the conditions included in the remaining part of the licence that will be made
to give effect to the variation.
