REPATRIATION ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 129, 1978 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), this Act shall come into operation on the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.*1*

(2) The following sections and Part VII shall come into operation on 1
November 1978:

Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 17, 20, 21, 22, 24, 27, 31, 33, 34 and 36.
