REMUNERATION AND ALLOWANCES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 52, 1992 - SECT 22

22.(1) The Remuneration Tribunal is taken to have determined the rates of
salary payable to a person holding an executive education office in the
Australian National University or the University of Canberra as set out in the
following table with effect from the date of commencement of this section:

(2) Subsection (1) does not prevent the Remuneration Tribunal from making a
subsequent determination of the rates of salary payable to a person holding an
executive education office in the Australian National University or the
University of Canberra.
