RESOURCE ASSESSMENT COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 94, 1989 - SECT 25
Meetings of Commissioners
25. (1) Where there is at least one special Commissioner for an inquiry, the
Chairperson shall convene such meetings of the Division conducting the inquiry
as the Chairperson thinks necessary for the efficient conduct of the inquiry.
(2) The Chairperson shall determine the places at which the meetings are to be
held.
