RESOURCE ASSESSMENT COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 94, 1989 - SECT 32
Commission may prepare background papers etc.
32. (1) In the course of an inquiry, the Commission may prepare for public
consideration a background paper or issues paper in relation to the inquiry.
(2) The Commission shall, as soon as practicable, make copies of any
background paper or issues paper available to the public.
