RESOURCE ASSESSMENT COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 94, 1989 - SECT 34

Participation in meetings etc. 
34. Nothing in this Part prevents the Chairperson from permitting a person to
participate in, or a Commissioner to form part of a quorum at, a meeting or
hearing by means of:

   (a)  telephone;

   (b)  closed circuit television; or

   (c)  another method of communication.
