REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (EXTENSION OF OPERATION) ACT 1985 No. 157, 1985 - SECT 3

Cessation of operation of certain provisions 
3. Section 72 of the Repatriation Legislation Amendment Act 1985*1* is amended
-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) "6 months" and substituting "12
        months"; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (3) "6 months" and substituting "12
        months".
