RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNTS ACT 1997 No. 61, 1997 - SECT 111

111 Giving copies of record to other persons Copies for proceedings

(1) If a person's lawyer satisfies the Commissioner that the person is
carrying on, or is contemplating in good faith, a proceeding in respect of a
matter to which the examination related, the Commissioner may give the lawyer:

   (a)  a copy of a written record of the examination; or

   (b)  a copy of that record together with a copy of any related book. Copies
        to be used only for proceedings

(2) If the Commissioner gives a copy to a person under subsection (1), the
person, or any other person who has possession, custody or control of the copy
or a copy of it, must not, except in connection with preparing, beginning or
carrying on, or in the course of, a proceeding, intentionally:

   (a)  use the copy or a copy of it; or

   (b)  publish, or communicate to a person, the copy, a copy of it, or any
        part of the copy's contents. Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months.
