RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNTS ACT 1997 No. 61, 1997 - SECT 125

Subject to section 126, if a copy of a report under Division 5 purports to be
certified by the Commissioner as a true copy of such a report, the copy is
admissible in a proceeding (other than a criminal proceeding) as prima facie
evidence of any facts or matters that the report states an inspector to have
found to exist.
