RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNTS ACT 1997 No. 61, 1997 - SECT 18

(1) The question whether a person is an associate of another person for the
purposes of this Act is to be determined in the same way as that question
would be determined under the Corporations Law if the assumptions set out in
subsection (2) were made.

(2) The assumptions are as follows:

   (a)  that sections 12 and 14 and paragraphs 15(1)(b) and 16(1)(b) and (c)
        of the Corporations Law had not been enacted;

   (b)  that section 13 of the Corporations Law were not limited to Chapter 7,
        but extended to all provisions of the Corporations Law.
