RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNTS ACT 1997 No. 61, 1997 - SECT 186

186 Conviction does not relieve defendant from civil liability


(1) A person is not relieved from any liability to any other person merely
because the person has been convicted of an offence against this Act.

(2) In this section: offence against this Act has the same meaning as in
section 185.
