RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNTS ACT 1997 No. 61, 1997 - SECT 194

(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Commissioner may arrange for the
publication of statistical information relating to RSAs or RSA providers or
relating to payments made to persons.

(2) The Commissioner must not arrange for the publication of statistical
information in a manner that enables the identification of:

   (a)  an RSA provider; or

   (b)  a particular RSA; or

   (c)  a person.

(3) The Commissioner may determine that fees are to be paid in respect of the
supply of publications in accordance with this section.
