RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNTS ACT 1997 No. 61, 1997 - SECT 97

(1) An inspector may, by signed writing, delegate to a member of the staff of
the Commissioner any of the inspector's powers under this Part.

(2) A delegate must, on the request of a person in relation to whom the
delegated powers are exercisable or of a person affected by the exercise of
those powers, produce the instrument of delegation, or a copy of the
instrument, for inspection.

(3) A reference in this Part to an inspector includes a reference to a
delegate of an inspector.
