5. The Appropriation Act (No. 2) 1984-85 has effect, and shall be taken to
have had effect at all times after its commencement, as if the reference in
item 2 of sub-division 3 of Division 943 in Schedule 2 to that Act to
Coal-fired power station were a reference to Power station.
