SUPERANNUATION ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 1978

An Act to amend the Superannuation Act 1922, the Superannuation Act 1976 and
the Superannuation Amendment Act 1976, and for related purposes.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

PART I-PRELIMINARY Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Superannuation Acts Amendment Act 1978.*1*
