SUPERANNUATION ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 17, 1978 - SECT 10

10. Section 119ZH of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:

''(4) Where, by reason of the death on 30 June in the year immediately
preceding a prescribed year of a person in receipt of a pension, a pension
becomes payable on the following day to another person, that other person
shall be entitled to such an increase in the amount of the annual pension
payable to the person as the person would have been entitled to had the
pension become payable to the person on that 30 June.''.
