SHIP CONSTRUCTION BOUNTY ACT 1975 No. 79, 1975 - SECT 15

Bounty not payable unless Act and regulations complied with.

15. Bounty is not payable to a person in respect of the construction or
modification of a vessel unless he satisfies the Minister that the
requirements of this Act and the regulations, in so far as those requirements
relate to the construction or modification, have been substantially complied
with.
