SHIP CONSTRUCTION BOUNTY ACT 1975 No. 79, 1975 - SECT 29

29. The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act,
prescribing all matters required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed, or
necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to
this Act, and in particular prescribing-

   (a)  the manner in which, and the time within which, applications under
        this Act shall be made;

   (b)  the information to be furnished by applicants in connexion with
        applications under this Act; and

   (c)  penalties not exceeding $100 for offences against the regulations.
