SEX DISCRIMINATION ACT 1984 No. 4, 1984 - SECT 110

Unlawful act not basis of civil action unless expressly so provided

110. Except as expressly provided by this Act, nothing in this Act confers on
a person any right of action in respect of the doing of an act that is
unlawful by reason of a provision of Part II.
