SEX DISCRIMINATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 71, 1991 - SECT 21

Death of member before date of entitlement

21. Section 17 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1) "he" and substituting "the deceased
member";
(b) by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) "his" and substituting "the
deceased's";
(c) by omitting from subsection (1) "either the widow or widower" and
substituting "the spouse".
