STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1984 No. 126 of 1984 - SECT 84

Payments to be made out of Consolidated Revenue Fund or Loan Fund 
84. Payments to a State under this Act may be made out of-

   (a)  in the case of payments under section 9, 26 or 52 and advances under
        section 82 on account of payments of that kind-the Consolidated
        Revenue Fund or the Loan Fund; or

   (b)  in any other case-the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
