STATES GRANTS (EDUCATION ASSISTANCE-PARTICIPATION AND EQUITY) AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1987 No. 121, 1987 - SECT 1

(Assented to 16 December 1987) 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the
States Grants (Education  Assistance-Participation and Equity) Amendment Act
(No. 2) 1987 .
(2) In this Act, "Principal Act" means the States Grants (Education
Assistance-Participation and Equity) Act 1983*1*. (Minister's second reading
