(1) This Part has effect despite any other provision of this Act. (2) If, under this Part, a determination, approval, declaration, list or other instrument made, given or kept under the former Act is taken to be made, given or kept under this Act, subsection (1) does not prevent the application of this Act other than this Part in relation to that determination, approval, declaration, list or other instrument as it has effect because of this Part.
