The Minister may make a determination authorising payment of financial assistance to a State for recurrent expenditure for a program year of an amount for each non-systemic school in the State with a year 2000 funding level not more than the amount worked out for the school by adding up:

(a)

the amount worked out under section 67 for the school's primary students (if any) for the program year; and

(b)

the amount worked out under section 68 for the school's secondary students (if any) for the program year; and

(c)

the amount worked out under section 69 for the school's primary distance education students (if any) for the program year; and

(d)

the amount worked out under section 70 for the school's secondary distance education students (if any) for the program year.
