(1) For the purposes of this Act, an SES score means a whole number determined by the Minister for a school in accordance with guidelines approved by the Minister. (2) Guidelines approved by the Minister for the purposes of subsection (1) are disallowable instruments for the purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .
