STATES GRANTS (PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 19, 1994 - SECT 8

8. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following subsections:



"(4) If, in respect of a State, a ministerial determination is not in force in
respect of any government schools in the State, the State Minister may
nominate a government school in the State for which he or she is State
Minister to be a disadvantaged school for the purposes of this Act.



"(5) A State Government nomination operates until the Minister makes a
determination under subsection (1) in respect of a government school in the
State.".
