STATES GRANTS (NATURE CONSERVATION) AMENDMENT ACT 1976No. 154, 1976 - SECT 3
Expenditure to be for approved purposes.
3. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in paragraph (a),
before the words ''the land'' (first occurring), the words ''in the case of
expenditure incurred in the acquisition of land,''.
