STATES GRANTS (ADVANCED EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1976 No. 130, 1976 - SECT 14

Payments may be made out of Consolidated Revenue Fund or Loan Fund.

14. Payments (including an advance under section 13) to a State under this Act
may be made out of-

   (a)  in the case of payments in accordance with section 8-the Consolidated
        Revenue Fund or the Loan Fund; or

   (b)  in any other case-the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
