STATES GRANTS (GENERAL REVENUE) ACT 1985 No. 156, 1985 - SECT 14

14. The Treasurer may make advances to a State of portions of the amount or
amounts to which it appears to the Treasurer the State will be entitled under
this Act in relation to a year.
