STEVEDORING INDUSTRY LEVY AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 10, 1991 - SECT 5

5. Section 7 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted:

Rate of levy referred to in paragraph 4 (1) (c)

"7. The rate of the levy referred to in paragraph 4 (1) (c) is such amount per
tonne as is prescribed of local cargo loaded into ships.".
