STEVEDORING INDUSTRY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 9, 1991 - SECT 10

10. Section 18 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(a) the following paragraph:

"(aa) in payment to the Commonwealth of amounts equal to the expenses incurred
by the Commonwealth in relation to:

   (i)  the collection or recovery of levy; and

   (ii) the payment, of amounts equal to the amounts of levy collected or
        recovered, to the Committee; and".
