SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 140, 1994 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Divisions 5, 12 and 15 of Part 2 are taken to have commenced on 1 December
1993.

(3) Divisions 7, 8, 11 and 17 of Part 2 commence on the twenty-eighth day
after the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(4) Divisions 1 and 2 of Part 3 commence, or are taken to have commenced, as
the case requires, immediately after the commencement of the Superannuation 
(Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993 .
